Shop4Camp sells camp kits, hygiene items, clothing, footwear, bedding, and personal-use accessories. Because many items are hygiene-sensitive, size-specific, packed to order, or handled for delivery, completed purchases are final and goods are not refundable after payment.
We will review and correct clear fulfillment issues reported within 24 hours of delivery, including a missing item, wrong item, or verified damaged item that was not used. The correction may be a replacement, store credit, or another practical resolution at Shop4Camp's discretion.
Customers are responsible for selecting accurate sizes, delivery details, and contact information before payment. Delivery fees, dispatch costs, and completed payment-processing charges are non-refundable.
